All PDA MEMBERS who have clinics in a specific area should be members of the Chapter in that area. A Chapter can not accept members who are not practitioners in their area. The new PDA CONSTITUTION and BY-LAWS is very specific in stipulating that AREA OF PRACTICE should be the sole basis for its membership.
