The PDA is enjoining all Chapters to check ALL DENTISTS holding clinics
within your area of locality to find out about your members' compliance to the New Dental Law that they should all be active and paid members of the
Philippine Dental Association.

Failure to comply with the provision will mean a direct violation of the Law RA 9484 and would mean suspension of your registration from the Professional Regulation Commission.

For those who will refuse and whose membership are in question, you may send their names to PDA and will be referred to the PRC.
