On June 11-13, 2008, Burnham Suites in the scenic Baguio City served as the venue for the Team Building, Turnover Ceremony and 1st Executive board the meeting for the Administrative Year 2008-2009. The event was ably supported by PDA’s partner who is known for upholding the true vision of unity and cooperation through bayanihan, the United Laboratories.

The officers and PDA staff left for Baguio in the afternoon of June 11 and reached Baguio in time for dinner, afterwhich, the turnover ceremony of all the documents such as the land title of the PDA condominium and building, Usufruct Agreement of the Oral Health Research Center in Taguig, Peso, Dollar and Time Deposit accounts of the association. Dr. Eliezer Blanes who was unable to attend was represented by Dr. Stephen Almonte in turning over all the documents to the treasurer, Dr. Ma. Lourdes Coronacion and the president Dr. Leo de Castro.
The next day, the team building activity was facilitated by Mr. Dan Collado, who provided the team the best workshop which was not only physically but mentally challenging as well. The staff and officers proved that there will never be a barrier to achieving our goals for as long as there is focus and unity among the group.

The final day was a marathon Executive Board Meeting, for we needed to finish the agenda before leaving for Manila at 5pm. Punctuality was one of the main agenda of Dr. De Castro and a trait that the officers immediately acquired, thus proving that they are ready as a team to serve PDA for the next 18 months.
